Just a short while ago, music composer Palaash Muchhal transitioned into a director. Palaash Muchhal first came into the limelight when news surfaced regarding the dissolution of his engagement to cricketer Smriti Mandhana. Reacting to this matter with positivity, famous actress Daisy Shah stated that one cannot judge Palaash based on his personal life, as she does not know what truly transpired behind the scenes.
In an interview, Daisy revealed that following the breakdown of Palaash’s marriage to Smriti Mandhana, he was hesitant to contact her directly regarding his next directorial film. Daisy Shah is set to appear in Palaash’s upcoming directorial venture.
Actress Daisy shared that she received two or three calls from strangers claiming that Palaash was making a movie and wanted to cast her in it. However, Daisy found this approach rather strange, as Palaash’s sister happens to be a good friend of hers. She reasoned that if Palaash truly wanted to work with her, he could have either reached out through his sister or spoken to her directly. Daisy stated that she simply could not understand why strangers were acting as intermediaries to convey this message to her.
Daisy Said:
“So, I happened to drop a message to Palaash, asking about the same, and he said, ‘yeah ma’am this is true, but because of the situation lately, I am not calling personally anybody because it might go on a different tangent altogether’.”
Subsequently, after hearing the story of this movie, Daisy agreed to work on it.

In an interview, Daisy was asked whether she ever had any doubts about working on a project with Palaash.
Daisy Say:
“I can switch off from personal life to professional life, and I don’t think your personal life should affect your professional life. First of all, I don’t know what is the actual story. There are always two sides to a coin. We really don’t know what went wrong because it is between two families, we are sitting here and judging from what we heard from the media houses. We don’t know what is the actual truth, and that doesn’t mean that I am nullifying the woman side of the story. I’m just being neutral. Also, he contacted me on a professional level. So, who am I to even judge a book by its cover?”
Daisy said that she hopes the couple will get back together.
“I hope everything gets well on both sides, and they come together because they actually make a lovely pair.”
