You all know rapper-singer Aditya Pratik Singh Sisodia urff ‘Badshah’ Today I released a news of ‘Tateeree’ Singer Badshah has been surrounded by vitriol for her news songs. However, the singer apologized and said the song has been removed from all platforms.
The National Commission for Women has issued a summons to rapper Badshah and ‘Tateeree’ song makers for obscenity and prostitution. National Commission for Women says this song seems offensive and violates the provisions of the Indian Information Technology Act, the Judiciary Code, and the Pornography of Women (Prohibition) Act,
the statement said:
“The National Commission for Women, in exercise of its powers under the NCW Act, 1990, has taken suo motu cognizance of media reports alleging obscenity and vulgarity in the song ‘Tattiri / Tatihari”.
The National Commission for Women stated that summons have also been issued to directors Mahi Sandhu and Joban Sandhu, as well as producer Hiten, requiring them to appear on the 25th. The NCW stated that they have been directed to appear with relevant documents, and further added:
“Failure to appear may invite appropriate action as per law.”
On Friday, the Haryana State Commission for Women issued an order for the arrest of rapper Badshah. The lyrics and visuals of the song ‘Tateeree’, released by Badshah, were deemed objectionable; consequently, the Haryana State Commission for Women had ordered him to appear before the Commission within a stipulated timeframe, but he failed to do so.
Following this, Chairperson Renu Bhatia stated to the press:
“I have ordered SP Panipat to get Badshah arrested from anywhere, any place and issue search orders. Renu also stated that the rapper was asked to appear before them before March 13 over the song “in which Haryana daughters have been insulted with inappropriate words and language.”
Chairperson Renu also mentioned that FIRs regarding this song have been registered in Panchkula and Jind.

The Haryana Police stated that several police teams are being formed to arrest Badshah and are conducting raids at various possible locations.
The police said:
“The use of words such as Badshala in the song has also been found to depict the school environment and education in a misleading and inappropriate manner. Furthermore, objectionable and derogatory expressions towards women and girls have also been identified in the lyrics.”
